How to Prevent Hair Loss Naturally!

Hair loss is a problem that can be cured in a few days. But it should be normal hair loss.

It is common to experience 50 to 100 hair loss per day. Sometimes these hair loss causes are overweight but they are all temporary. It can be cured during the day when there is a high level of hair loss during pregnancy and after childbirth, when there is a high level of medication, when there is a thyroid problem (which is controlled by taking medication after a thyroid test), when there is a lot of scalp infection and dirt.

Massage naturally
Take whatever you have for your hair like olive oil, coconut oil, mustard oil. Warm it up according to the nature of your hair. When it is lightly warm, take it off and massage it all over the hair while it is moderately warm.

You can spend at least 30 to 45 minutes on this massage that you do yourself for your hair. Gently rub the hair follicles from end to end. Gently rub with fingers with gentle pressure as it falls into fine hair follicles.

After massaging the hair, comb the hair well. Then put the hair cover on the head and after two hours wash with mild shampoo. If you do this complete massage once a month, you will get complete nutrition for your hair. There will be no hair loss.

Practice meditation

ou may ask what is the connection between the bald head and the knee. But in reality you reduce your stress by meditating. This is because the root cause of hair loss is stress and tension.
