Following are some side effects of beetroot juice.

The main side effect of beetroot juice is.When people use too much beetroot, their urine color may change from pink to dark red. According to the report of National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCPI), 10 to 14 percent of the population get effect from psoriasis.

People with iron and malnutrition effects are more likely to have discoloration of their urine when consuming beetroot. It is common to urinate when avoiding beetroot or beet products.

At the same time it is better to contact a doctor if you are suffering from  anemia or any other health problems. this condition does not come when taking beetroot.

Kidney stones

People suffering with kidney stones should be more careful when consuming beetroot juice or beetroot sweets. It is full of oxalates.There is too much risk of forming crystals in the body and form of calcium oxalate stones.

According to the report of medical nutrition research, beetroot, beetroot greens, greens are too high in oxalates. 

Arthritis (pain in the joints)

The oxalates in beetroot also can be cause of arthritis. There is too much risk of uric acid in the body that  accumulate in the joints.It can be cause of sharp pain in the joints. It is suggested to avoid eating too much beetroot if you are suffering from joint and arthritis pain. Because these may cause of increasing your pain.

Discoloration of stool

The color of the stool may change when a beetroot is taken too much. The stool color may be red. It does not hurt. This is how your stool will look the next day after using beetroot. But if your stool is red or bleeding in the stool for a few days after taking beetroot, contact your doctor very immediately.

Sensitivity to allergens

This is very rare effect of beetroot. Not for everyone but a few people may have this condition. A report on beetroot was published in the journal Medical Translation Allergy. According to a 13-year-old girl said, she felt short of breath 40 minutes after eating beetroot.

She had that problem five years ago.Then she said that when she ate this beetroot fast she got that symptom again. This is a rare side effect. Allergies caused by excessive beetroot intake. At the same time be aware that this is not for everyone.

Toxicity and fever

Beetroot is good but not yet recommended in terms of dosage per person per day. People who regularly drink beetroot juice every day need to consult a nutritionist to find out how much and how many days a week they can take it according to their health condition.
